External App ?

Hello,

Sorry if my question is stupid, but is there a way to launch an external application in a DXL script ?
Actually, what i'm trying to do is to execute a JAVA based program just after a DXL script has created an XML..
Is this possible ?

Don't know about clever apps, but this will display a text file:

system("notepad.exe c:/MyStuff/MyTextFile.txt")

That works since notepad.exe is in the standard 'path'. For other apps you'll need to include the app's full path.
